Modular martial arts is a journey you didn't know you were already on. You progress a set of skills you excel at and while continuing to take the time you need in others you may struggle with. We've set up easy-to-follow progressions with focused drills and skills for you to master with one of our Kaizen Coaches' expertise to add structure and direction.
There are 3 basic levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Over 6 modules, you have access to about 100 different skills, drills, and combinations for you to learn at every level. There are into 4 training phases (or belt progressions) with new or upgraded techniques. Every 1.5 - 3+ months (when you've drilled them to memory) you can PHASE OUT to a higher phase or belt. Once you reach Phase 4, you can level up to test and showcase all your newly acquired skills.
Book a Free Consultation or try any of the modules to begin your martial arts training. Each session is 1-on-1 or Semi-Private so you can train with family or friends. Ultimately, you take responsibility for your own training - we're merely guides to help you get there. Inquire via email if you're curious about GROUP DISCOUNTS, TEAM TRAINING, SPECIALIZED TRAINING, or would like more information.
