It's built off malleable and transferable Best Practices for any martial system today on any level - full curriculum, class setting, or individual exercises. AKUMA stands for Athletic, Kinesthetic, Universal Martial Arts and is a growing database of techniques, exercises, and drills.
All of our modules use an easy-to-follow progression of skills and drills, and we encourage Kaizen Coaches to bring their own life experiences and lessons to their sessions.
Kaizen Coaches follow a system of concepts for teaching classes, but our Master's Program allows them to add their own flare, develop their own drills, and even craft their own techniques.
